ENTERING STEPS IN MANUALLY ON A COMPUTER
From your computer:
- Go to challengerunner.com
- Fill out your username and password
- From the drop down menu on the left hand side, type in your name
- From there you should see the below screen. I highlighted the two areas to focus on for tracking your steps.
- If you are entering steps at the end of each day, simply type in the number of steps walked that day.
- If you are entering steps in a batch (i.e at the end of each week), use the top highlighted bar to click on each individual date, and enter steps for each day.
- There is also a feature to the far left where you can click on the “texting number” and simply text in your steps at the end of each day. Please note the feature only accepts numbers, do not include any words.
- If you are using your phone and need additional support, this video is helpful if you fast forward to the 2:25 mark.
